We had an awesome stay! The house was completely kid-friendly and the kids loved absolutely everything about it. Everything in the home worked perfectly and it was set up so well for families.
The Moana room was incredible — especially the floors! I honestly thought floors like that only existed in AI pictures, but seeing them in person was amazing.
When the host said we would be arriving to a warm pool, he meant it. The pool was warm and absolutely perfect. The outdoor TV theater was also truly amazing, and the kids had such a great time enjoying it (so did we!).
Checkout was very easy and the host was fantastic. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Dun’s place was even better than the pics and my kids’ reactions made it worth the price! We had an amazing time! The home is HUGE, so our family of 5 only used a few areas, but it was so close to Disney and plenty of restaurants! Also, it’s only a few mins to Walmart which came in handy as many times as we had to go grab random items! lol! Dun was also so quick to respond for our request for a heated pool for our last minute Movie/Swim night! I would highly recommend their place! I also appreciated how easy checkout was even though it’s habit to clean up after ourselves!

My family has booked 2 different stays with 2 of Dun's properties now and both times have been amazing. The host is wonderful to work with and always helpful. The home was above and beyond with many extra amenities that made the stay even more enjoyable. The kids had an awesome game room to use and the projector by the pool was an awesome touch. You can tell there was legitimate effort put into these homes. We will absolutely book with Dun any time we can when traveling to Orlando!

The house was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay. It was close to everything you'd want to do. Dun was extremely responsive with any and all questions and requests. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here to friends and family.

Great place for friends and family. Super close to all Disney parks. Clean and quiet gated community. Clean home with lots of amenities and well equipped for a comfortable stay

This was one of the best places I have stayed at!!
1. The Host was very responsive and caring about our experience!
2. The house was better than the photos!!!! The pool games rooms, bedrooms, etc were on point!
3. We had 13 people - more than enough room for all of us!!!
4. Every room was so detailed and made the magic last into the Airbnb!!!
Thanks again so much!!! We really appreciated staying here and loved every second of it!

Such a great place to stay for our family! We loved the game room and the movie theater screen by the pool. Will definitely stay again if we get the opportunity to come back to Orlando!

Loved our stay at Dun’s place in Kissimmee and the house is even better than the listing photos - the themed rooms would give Disney resort rooms a run for their money :).
We enjoyed our stay - location in the resort community, spacious house, the themed rooms, the gaming rooms, the VR machine, pool - plenty of entertainment options throughout.
Dun and team were always quick to respond both before and during our stay. Responsive, clear, friendly and professional communication.
Can’t wait to be back next time we are in the area !

We had the most amazing Thanksgiving stay at this Orlando Airbnb. Our entire family came together for the holiday and it could not have been a more perfect home base. The amenities are truly incredible. The kids were entertained from the moment we arrived, and there was something for every age to enjoy which made the whole week so easy and fun.
The host was exceptional. We noticed a loose wire on the pool movie screen connection and he responded immediately. Not only was he kind and attentive, he had it repaired in less than 24 hours. That level of service made our stay even better.
We had such a wonderful time and made so many great memories here. I would absolutely come back and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a fantastic family getaway.
